Photographers leading the way

An important thing to every photographer is an appreciation for the ones who lead the way in our craft. I had the pleasure of meeting and working alongside one such person this past year and just wanted to share a little info on Robert King. While doing a photojournalism story for a school assignment, I met Robert, on two seperate occasions. What a really nice guy. He was so humble and to be completely honest, the first time I met him, he shared a little information about his background. I thought to myself, naahhhh...he is just someone who is telling big tales..lol..So I go home and did a little Google research and much to my surprise, this guy is rocking the world of photojournalism. He shoots for Polaris Images and has a movie depicting his journeys as a war photographer. Such a nice guy. The important thing with photojournalism is learning to capture "the moment"and seeing "the light". If you have a moment, check out his work.
